What to bring to registration

Three or four checks, 1 for PTG dues and Party fee (may be combined) and 1 for Registration, 1 for yearbook (if purchasing), & 1 for sports (if participating, grades 5-8 only)
Social Security Number of each child being registered
Birth Certificate of each child being registered
Immunization Records of each child being registered
Baptism Certificate of each child being registered
Emergency Contact Information for children (name, numbers…etc.)
Names and Numbers of whom may pick your children up
Insurance Information for your child
Know what you want to do for Family Service (Have a few choices, since they may be filled)
